Maintaining a calm and organised state is essential for learning. Unfortunately this is something that can be very challenging for kids with autism!

In this workshop you learn why life is more stressful for a child on the autism spectrum and what happens in the brain when processing these challenging emotions. Most importantly I will also show you many tried and tested strategies that can be used to help when your client/child is experiencing low and high levels of stress, worry, anger and sadness.

There is nothing more important than helping a child with autism become more calm and regulated. It will result in a calmer, happier, more connected and communicative child!
